Here at Praj we have a strict policy on our return/refund policy. All orders are a final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, and or refunds at this time. This policy will remain this way until Covid-19 has been cleared up a little better and is safe for both the company and the purchaser to complete an exchange. Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimate goods (such as lingerie), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However at this time we will not be accepting returns/exchanges at this time due to covid-19 07/10/2020 SAB

Refunds 
Here at PRAJ Official refunds are not a option, all sales are final. In the future we will allow exchanges for product of same value
